Barnet 4-0 Northampton

19th October 2012
20:00
Underhill Stadium

Barnet collected their first three points of the league two season at Underhill against Northampton on Friday night.

Did Edgar Davids inspire The Bees to victory? Well that's open to debate but what isn't is the fact that his debut and first game in almost two-years, which also saw him captain the side, coincided with a resounding Barnet win!

After a goalless first half goals from Krystian Pearce (56) and Andy Yiadom (65) saw Barnet two-up by the midway point of the second half.

Victory was already assured for the hosts going into that last minute but a late strike from John Oster (90) and an injury-time one from Anthony Edgar (90+3) meant Barnet ran out 4-0 winners.
