Bees bow out

Barnet 0-2 Oxford
FA Cup 1st Round
3rd November 2012
15:00
Underhill

Barnet's FA Cup season ended at the first hurdle with them bowing out at Underhill to league two rivals Oxford in round one on Saturday afternoon.

Had it not been for the woodwork Oxford would have been two-up at the break, both Andy Whing and Sean Rigg denied, as it was the sides were goalless.

Finally, just before the hour, James Constable (56) put Oxford ahead with a 2-0 win secured late on when Rigg (80) secured the visitors a place in round two.

Barnet can now "concentrate on the league" and the battle to avoid relegation takes centre-stage!
