Barnet are currently still very much embroiled in a League Two relegation battle, however Graham Stack is thinking more long-term and aiming higher.
Having been a mainstay in The Bees side since his arrival earlier in the season the keeper has recently captained the side too, and a new three-year contract has also been signed.
Stack, as he told the official website, knows it has been a difficult season but also knows recent form has shown this side can build on this momentum and move onto better things and wants this over the coming years: 'I want to be successful and hope the club can achieve promotion during my time here because I want to be a Barnet player who is remembered for achieving something.
'This season has been a tough one but we have shown during the past month that we are capable of beating anyone. There is a way to go but we have big aspirations.'
As far as captaining Barnet goes the 31-year-old had this to add: 'I was delighted to be made club captain. It was an absolute privilege and I am very proud to have led the team.
'I believe I have good leadership qualities and cope with the responsibility well. I have always played and led that way with or without the armband.'
You must have aspirations and ambitions, otherwise whats the point.
Stack's ambition is aiming high but why not, anything is possible but at the moment just ensuring that Barnet remain in the Football League in the priority!
