Late Strikes Do Barnet An Injustice
Barnet suffered, what looks on the face of it, a hefty defeat against MK Dons at the Hive on Saturday but the scoreline was perhaps a little unreflective of the Bees' efforts.
After a goalless first half Jake Hyde put Barnet ahead just past the hour, however MK Dons were soon level when former Bee Izale McLeod struck.
A respectable draw with the League One side, who will be among the challengers for promotion to the Championship this season, was looking on until three goals in the final seven minutes (all within three-minutes of each other) saw Karl Robinson's side run out victors.
McLeod's second, a Mauro Vilhete own goal and then a Patrick Bamford strike saw MK Dons run out 4-1 winners.
